Massimo Gusto’s menu is simple and prepared fresh daily. The catch of the day dictates the menu. Great effort is put into research, selection, cooking techniques and ideal combinations with vegetables and pasta typical of Italian regional cuisine.

Much of our fish comes from the Adriatic Sea, but also from Liguria and Sardinia. Italy has many niches for high-quality products, memorable regional traditions and an innate taste for good flavors. This is why for us there is no point of arrival. There is always something new to be known, learned and become passionate about.

This stimulates me to constantly search for high-quality raw materials and to propose new dishes in harmony with my idea of food, which is that it must maintain its essential identity.
