I have always been fond of oysters, and today Massimo Gusto is also Oyster Club- for an appetizer, for an aperitif, to share at the social table or to take home in the Oyster box.
In Italy there are few who offer such a wide selection of the best oysters, such as the French Gillardeau, refined, sweet and tender or the Speciale Amélie, firm, balanced, sweetly iodized and winner of important awards.

And also the Irish Supreme, with a sweet, intense and persistent taste.

In fact, a dear friend of mine – as well as a client -  after having tasted it, asked to take her oyster shell home. When she came back, wearing her oyster shell around her neck, I was really excited; she had transformed it into a very original jewel!
